If you are a new patient making your first appointment , please contact our office to schedule your first appointment. We will obtain some basic information to get you ready for your first visit.
Alternatively you may send us a request to schedule an appointment by using the patient portal. Simple click "Create an account" on the right hand side of the portal. You will need to provide some basic contact information for our staff to schedule your appointment.
Please note that we are accepting new patients for a limited number of insurance carriers and insurance plans.
Remember to bring your current insurance card to your first appointment and request any records be transferred to our office well in advance.

You can view your upcoming appointments, requests appointment changes, view lab results, and update your health history on our patient portal.
If you have received a reminder message that it is time to schedule your yearly appointment, you can schedule your appointment online by logging into the patient portal.
Established patients may also schedule problem gynecology visits via the patient portal.
